Dropbox is really a convenient way to store and access your files from different computers in different locations. In Moodle 2.0 it is possible to import files you have in Dropox by choosing the Dropbox repository when you go to the new file picker. This video shows you how to set it up as admin. All you need is a Dropbox account and a Moodle 2.0.
