Giving Up Your Phone For Just 3 Days Can Reshape Your Brain Activity

A study on 25 young adults found that reducing smartphone use for 72 hours led to changes in brain activity, as observed through MRI scans and psychological tests. Researchers linked these changes to addiction-related neurotransmitter systems.
