Do Your Practices Respect the Act on the Protection of Personal Information?

The Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (Bill 25) modifies the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information. This Quebec Act defines the obligations of public bodies concerning the protection of personal information.
