Akçayir and Akçayir recently reviewed 71 studies related to the advantages and disadvantages of the flipped classroom.2 We will examine the noteworthy advantages and challenges of the flipped classroom; however, to keep the discussion succinct, only those that were reported in at least 10% of the studies will be explored.
