Monitoring Students’ Chatbot Conversations Is Big Business Now

Research shows that parental monitoring apps often backfire, leading to more exposure to harmful content, bullying, and secrecy rather than safety. Teens under surveillance tend to trust their parents less and are less likely to seek help, damaging the parent–child relationship.
